Throughout the last ten years as a New England wedding photographer, I’ve been so fortunate to photograph some amazing weddings on Cape Cod. So after spending many wedding seasons in one of my favorite places on earth, I thought it was time to share my top 10 favorite Cape Cod wedding venues!

Here are all of my favorite wedding venues on Cape Cod, and the reasons why I love them so much:
Wychmere Beach Club – Harwich Port
The Wychmere Beach Club is a classic Cape Cod gem, with a beautiful, elevated setting and exceptional service. You can choose from three distinct venues—the Dune, the Harbor Room, or the Ocean Room—each offering indoor and outdoor spaces with stunning ocean views and access to a private beach.
If you’re looking for a venue where you can hold your setting on the beach, Wychmere Beach Club is a perfect option! They also have lodging available on site, so it’s a perfect option if you want a seamless weekend celebration.

Chatham Bars Inn – Chatham
Chatham Bars Inn is a true luxury resort on Cape Cod. Set on 25 acres, it offers a private beach and a variety of venues, from a toes-in-the-sand beach ceremony site to expansive lawns and a charming boathouse.
You and your guests will be treated to an incredible dining experience, thanks to their talented chef and culinary team. They also source from their own 8-acre farm to provide super fresh and local ingredients.
With lodging on site (where nearly every room features an ocean view!), it’s a resort-style venue that feels like a getaway for both you and your guests. Even if you don’t wind up choosing the Chatham Bars Inn for your wedding venue, I highly recommend a visit!
Wequassett Resort and Golf Club – Harwich
Wequassett’s slogan, “luxury and magic,” says it all! This resort offers a variety of ceremony and reception settings with incredible ocean views. One of my favorites is their ceremony site on The Grand Lawn overlooking the water– it’s gorgeous! I also love the Garden Terrace, which is an indoor/outdoor open-air space perfect for a covered ceremony or your reception.
You and your guests can also take advantage of the resort’s full range of amenities, including pools, a fitness center, tennis, golf, fine dining, and lodging—all designed to make your wedding weekend as memorable as possible.
The Chequessett Club – Wellfleet
I think one of the most hidden gem wedding venues on Cape Cod is The Chequessett Club.
Located in Wellfleet, it offers a quintessential Cape Cod experience and so much charm. They have their own private beach with a reception tent right on the sand. So not only can you have a beach ceremony, you can have your reception on the beach here as well! They also have a boathouse for a slightly more rustic Cape Cod feel.
If you’re looking for a low-key, intimate wedding with the serene beauty of the Cape, you’ll love The Chequessett Club.

Preservation Hall – Wellfleet
If you’re looking to plan something a bit more unique, The Preservation Hall in Wellfleet is a great option! Their beautiful space features incredible stained glass windows, distinctive architecture, and versatile indoor halls, garden spaces, and grounds for your ceremony and reception. It’s ideal if you’re looking for a Cape Cod wedding with some character and creativity.
The Dennis Inn – Dennis
A charming Cape Cod classic, The Dennis Inn is a beautiful setting with a quintessential Cape Cod vibe. They have a variety of settings for your ceremony and reception, expansive grounds, and for outdoor weddings, they’re able to accommodate all the way up to 250 guests.

The Lighthouse Inn – West Dennis
I love The Lighthouse Inn for several reasons, but I especially love their reception space. It has a classic Cape Cod feel, overlooks the water, and it can feel super cozy and romantic for a fall wedding or during rainy weather!
They also have lots of activities on site for you and your guests, including a pool, tennis, and mini golf. With cottages and lodging on site, it’s perfect for a wedding weekend where guests can truly relax and enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer.
Seacrest Beach House – North Falmouth
Seacrest Beach House in North Falmouth is a scenic option with beach, ballroom, and courtyard settings, all offering beautiful views of Old Silver Beach and the ocean.
During the warmer months, you can opt for an outdoor ceremony either in their courtyard or right on the sand.
On-site lodging makes it a convenient choice if you’re looking for an easy, stress-free celebration by the water!
Willowbend – Mashpee
Located in Mashpee, Willowbend is a scenic club with luxurious amenities, offering both outdoor and ballroom settings.
The outdoor ceremony space sits along a pond with manicured greenery all around, while the ballroom overlooks the golf course with elegant, neutral design and seating for up to 285 guests.
It’s a sophisticated option if you’re looking for both elegance and natural beauty.
Pelham House – Dennis Port
Pelham House offers an exclusive, intimate experience with only one wedding hosted per weekend. You can choose from lots of different settings for your event, including a private beach, rooftop deck, ballroom, patio, and lawn. With lodging on site, it’s ideal if you’re looking for an all-inclusive, private celebration with lots of Cape Cod charm.
