They are such a sweet couple, so it was truly an honor to be there to photograph their day!

Emily and Chris picked an early October wedding date, and it really turned out to be the perfect fall day on Cape Cod. Summers on the Cape are of course amazing, but there’s definitely something magical about being down there during the off-season, so that made E + C’s wedding even more special!

I loved everything about their day. The fall lighting was phenomenal, there was so much love and emotion all day, and the energy overall was amazing. Emily + Chris included lots of thoughtful details to really make their wedding unique to them which I loved. They had lots of photos of their dog Doak, some super intentional song choices throughout the event, and instead of having a traditional ring bearer, Chris’s Nonna held the rings during the ceremony and handed them to a groomsman when it was time.

They also wrote personalized letters to each guest to include in their place settings, which made everyone feel so appreciated and loved! And Emily’s gown was so stunning and unique with elegant bows that tied at her shoulders. She and her bridesmaids chose mismatching but coordinating dresses in different hues of blue for the perfect Cape wedding look.

Overall it was the perfect combination of elegance and laid-back vibes!

Venue Details & Dennis Inn Wedding Cost

The Dennis Inn really is the perfect Cape Cod wedding venue. They have a gorgeous property, incredible food, and some great packages to choose from for your celebration. Their packages are inclusive of almost everything you need, making your wedding planning process so much easier, and making the Dennis Inn a super valuable venue.

I also love how varied the property is. There are lots of different spaces to transition between throughout the event, which makes for a unique experience for your guests. For Emily and Chris’s wedding, they had a beautiful ceremony on the lawn outside, then guests were able to explore the property a bit during cocktail hour, followed by a tented dinner outdoors, and then they capped the night off with dancing inside the inn. And because it is an inn, there are some accommodations on site, as well as gorgeous getting-ready spaces for the bridal party.

If you are looking for a Cape Cod or Dennis wedding venue, I definitely recommend the Dennis Inn!
