Krissy and Greg’s Sugarbush wedding weekend was absolutely one for the books. I’m so excited to share it today! I had the honor of photographing K + G for their engagement photos in Boston, as well as their welcome dinner and wedding weekend – both at Sugarbush Mountain Resort in Vermont. If you are looking for fun wedding weekend inspiration, keep reading!

Sugarbush Wedding Weekend

The Welcome Dinner

K + G’s wedding weekend kicked off with a welcome dinner in one of the lodges at Sugarbush. It was so fun seeing all their friends and families settling in and getting to know one another. Their parents each shared touching speeches during dinner, and many friends and other family members shared some amazing stories too. They treated guests to pizza and some famous local Vermont craft beers, and decorated tables with tons of photos for guests to enjoy. It was the perfect start to the wedding weekend!

Sugarbush Wedding Day

While K + G’s original plan was to have their ceremony at the top of the mountain, unfortunately, the rain changed their plans a bit. Being in New England, this can be a possibility, so I always encourage my couples to embrace the weather because no matter what, the day will be incredible! And that was absolutely true for Krissy and Greg’s day.

Despite the rain, K + G’s excitement for their wedding vow exchange and celebration was as strong as ever. They are two unbelievably kind, fun, talented, and driven individuals, and it was amazing to see their loving families share in their excitement!

The ceremony took place inside the lodge at Sugarbush. Which was so stunning with tall ceilings, huge windows, and pine throughout! String lights decorated the space as well. Then guests were able to sneak outside for a bit of sun glimmering through the clouds to enjoy cocktail hour. Then dinner was served back inside, and their siblings each shared hilarious speeches as guests dined on the delicious meal prepared by the Sugarbush catering team.

Their flowers were a wildflower theme, which was perfectly fitting for the Vermont mountain setting. They also served whoopie pies for dessert – so perfectly New England! And a special shout out to Krissy, who looked incredible in her boho-style wedding dress.

It was an absolutely beautiful New England wedding weekend. I’m so honored to have been a part of it!
