Gardens at Elm Bank Wedding

Elli and Cam’s Gardens at Elm Bank wedding was such a beautiful and romantic day. They included so many details that were special to their relationship (dating back to when they were in high school!), and the venue grounds provided the perfect backdrop for their Boston wedding. Gardens at Elm Bank Wedding

Elli and Cam’s wedding took place at the gorgeous Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley, MA. If you are looking for a garden wedding venue in Massachusetts, you definitely will want to check this venue out! The grounds are absolutely stunning. From a photography standpoint, there were interesting textures and beautiful imagery everywhere, which made the perfect backdrop for Elli and Cam’s portraits and wedding photos.

The ceremony space was nestled in the most gorgeous garden I’ve seen. And during the ceremony, the sun gleamed all over the couple, and the entire ceremony had a golden glow. The ceremony space and the rest of the venue grounds had such a timeless and romantic vibe. The grounds also houses a beautiful and modern carriage house. Elli and Cam’s color palette of soft pinks was also the perfect fit for the reception space. The whole room was decorated with soft lighting and colors to create the most romantic evening.

Also, shout out to the coordination team at the venue – I found them fantastic to work with! They were really interested in what is best for the couple and extremely accommodating. They even allowed the use of their golf cart to get around the grounds – which was completely opened up to the couple and their guests for this event. The Gardens at Elm Bank is the perfect garden wedding venue in Massachusetts!

A Romantic Wedding Day

While the grounds at The Gardens at Elm bank were the perfect backdrop for Elli and Cam’s day, the couple also incorporated so many sweet details into the day that told the story of their love. Elli and Cam met in high school and have been in love ever since. When they first began dating, Elli wrote Cam a song to invite him to their junior prom. Needless to say, he accepted the invitation! So, as a really sweet surprise to Cam during their reception, Elli sang a piece of the song to Cam while her dad played guitar with her. It was such a touching moment!

In addition to the song, Elli incorporated some other sweet details from their early days into the wedding. She wore the necklace that Cam gave to her for her 17th birthday, and had some beads from her prom dress sewn into her wedding dress in the shape of a heart. The whole day had so many romantic touches!

The couple also shares a love of good whisky, and so they included a Scottish whisky ceremony as a part of their wedding ceremony during their vows to each other. I loved how important incorporating special details throughout the whole wedding process was to Elli and Cam – in fact, they even brought along a special bottle of whisky to share a dram during their engagement photo session!
