Lidia and Jason’s Harvard Club wedding in March was so distinctly Boston and so elegant from start to finish. From the historic architecture to the timeless details throughout their day, everything about their celebration felt classic and intentional. And the party was so much fun! I was so grateful to be there to photograph it all.

A Timeless Harvard Club Wedding in Boston for Lidia + Jason
L + J started the day getting ready at the Fairmont Copley, where they also did their first look before heading to the Harvard Club. One thing I loved about their getting-ready time was how they involved their family in those moments. It made for such genuine and sweet photos.
It did rain a bit that morning, but it cleared in time for some portraits outside. I especially loved Lidia’s wedding dress jacket, which was such a perfect and stylish choice for an early March wedding in Boston!
Once we arrived at the Harvard Club, it was time for the ceremony. It took place in a beautiful library-esque room with a stunning chandelier overhead. For both their ceremony and reception, the space was decorated with white florals and lots of candles, which made for such a cozy ambiance.
Everything about their aesthetic was timeless and elegant. Lidia wore a stunning dress for the ceremony and changed into a beautiful reception dress later on during the party. The groom and groomsmen were classic in black tuxedos, which matched the ambiance of the Harvard Club perfectly.

After their ceremony, everyone headed to cocktail hour, which was so elegant and elevated with live musicians setting the tone for the evening. As with their ceremony space, the reception was beautifully decorated with classic and timeless all-white florals. They also had the best cake–a stunning three-tier vintage-style wedding cake–and it was a total showstopper!
The rest of the evening was an absolute blast. The live band was so fun and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. Lidia’s sister surprised everyone with personalized temporary tattoos that were a total hit! And Jason even brought his own camera to get some reception photos of his own. They had the best party, and I was so grateful to be there to capture it all!

The Harvard Club of Boston is known for hosting prestigious events of all kinds, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations and weddings. It’s located right in the Back Bay, and the historic architecture there makes you feel like you’re stepping back in time.
Lidia and Jason were really excited about their venue from the start. They wanted a very “Boston” wedding on a brownstone-lined street, so the Harvard Club was the perfect choice. It has so much character and grandness, and every space is the perfect backdrop for your wedding (and photos!).
Jason actually proposed to Lidia on the Esplanade, so the Back Bay area has extra meaning to them. Having their wedding at such an iconic venue in the area was so special!
